How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favourite pieces to cart, and checkout. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You can also contact us on WhatsApp to place an order directly.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Bank transfer is also available contact us before placing your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please WhatsApp us immediately at +92 315 984 3410 if you need to make changes.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 1–2 business days. Other cities: 2–3 business days. Remote areas: 3–5 business days.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is PKR 250 for orders under PKR 6,000. Orders above PKR 6,000 enjoy free shipping automatically.
How will I know my order has been dispatched?
You will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking details once your order is dispatched, usually within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer a 7-day easy exchange on unused items in original condition. Please see our Returns & Exchange Policy for full details.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We sincerely apologise! Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

We use premium quality wool, pashmina blends, and soft smooth fabrics depending on the product. Each product listing mentions the fabric details.
How do I care for my HAYAE' piece?
